Not gigantic!
This is a really good colouring book, lots of simple pictures to colour in. However this book is not gigantic in size, I think they mean gigantic in the number of pages. Its a normal A4 size book. But well worth the money.

Cazzaltone
I was a bit disappointed with this product when it arrived. The main disappointment is with the paper quality, can only be used with crayons and pencils, not the felt tip pens I purchased with it. It would be a lot more fun if the term "Gigantic" referred to the size of the pictures, not the number of them in the book. Pretty good value for money, but not what I was...

Fun Colouring Book, 16 Nov 2008
Durability: Fun: Educational:
Excellent colouring book with big bold line drawings. Team up with chunky Crayola crayons - keeps a 2 1/2 year old happy for the best part of an hour at a time on a wet day - and that takes some doing!

I was disappointed in this colouring book as i expected the pages to be crisp and white, but they looked old and cheap. It was going to be part of a gift but decided to keep it for my daughters.

Nice Big Pictures, 23 Mar 2009
Durability: Fun: Educational:
I bought this for my 18 month old daughter last month as she loves to colour and it has certainly been a huge success in our household.
The pictures are nice, simple and bold and easy to talk about whilst your toddler is colouring i.e fish, flower, tree etc.
My only criticism would be that it is very tough to keep pages open and often springs shut but that said it is aimed at older children (although I do "try" to keep it open whilst she is colouring!) and it certainly wouldn't keep me from buying another!
I would definitely recommend this book.

Not exactly 'Gigantic', 13 Mar 2009
Durability: Fun: Educational:
I'm not sure why this is called Gigantic. I bought it for a young child with limited control over crayons, thinking the large pages would help. However it is only A4 size and much smaller than I was expecting.

Good deal for younger kids, 18 Nov 2009
Durability: Fun: Educational:
This is quite a good value colouring book from the name of Crayola. It's A4, double sided and has around 160 pictures to colour. The non-white paper wasn't a concern for us at all, after all they are going to be colouring over most of it. Most of the pictures are cartoon style, similar to the boy on the image here and of children, though we would have prefered there to be more scenes or animals included. At times some pictures seemed to be limited on what there was to colour, which seemed a bit of poor design but they are large and so good for younger children. On the whole, it's a good price for a big book to keep them busy and is child friendly and a way to avoid the excess of characterisation of goods whilst allowing children to do normal child things and keep of the DS.
