I was lucky in that this pack came included when I bought my toothbrush. Having used it for a couple of years now I definitely wouldn't buy one.

Firstly, I find the price too expensive for what you get, though perhaps comparable to other toothbrush heads. Secondly, I find that the FlossAction head (not included) that I mainly use does the same job as the tongue scraper. The tongue scraper also doesn't fit in my carry case storage bit that is attached to my base. With regards to the interdental spike, I have yet to find a use for it. It is too soft to poke anything out of your teeth and not a brush so doesn't clean.

The interdental brush is very useful though and I like it for getting in between teeth on a regular basis. It doesn't replace flossing and since I now use the excellent FlossAction heads I use the interdental brush less but it's still very good for specific areas.

In conclusion, the pack is not worth buying if you regularly use the Braun Oral-B EB25-4 FlossAction Replacement Rechargeable Toothbrush Heads 4 pack. It might be worth buying for the interdental brush (this should really be sold separately) since it is genuinely useful but considering the cost of the pack it makes purchase prohibitive. Buy with caution.

I really like this. I didn't need it, but it had the allure of completing a set! The best bit, I think, is the interdental brush, which I actually use for its polishing effect. The bristles aren't too hard (especially now, after many uses), but they still remove some plaque, which becomes evident in the sink (excuse the image!). The pick also gives the feel of a professional clean, but I haven't really needed to use the tongue scraper, preferring manual ones: the vibrating effect is offputting.

I bought this for the interdental brush and my partner uses the tongue scraper but neither of us uses the pick. The little brushes get right in between your teeth and clean stains off nicely but why can't I just buy the individual items - hence 3 stars.

Fed up of using the silly brushes that bend at a drop of a hat so invested in this set. The small head toothbrush (just 3 bits to the brush head) is supberb for getting into all those little gaps between your teeth. The floss head works a treat and my dentist is impressed with how I am looking after my teeth!

The brush was useful. Used the other tools twice and haven't really touched them since. I suppose it depends the reason behind purchasing the products. I feel dental floss it better than the pick and i also have a better tongue scraper.
