I've owned this fitness DVD since it first came out in Dec 2004 and 2 years down the line I am still using it. Like a lot of people I wouldn't be seen dead at a gym and I have to be honest and say that I only really bought it because I liked the 'Call on Me' song when it was out and i was needing a bit of an exercise regime. At first it takes a couple of go's before you can truely master the routines but even now I still whip it out and have a go when the need feels me and I've never tired of it!

Deanne and the girls (and honorary bloke) are pretty genuine all the way through and you really feel like you are doing it along side them instead of in front of the telly and you are always encouraged to carry on. I also bought the 2nd and 3rd offerings that the Ministry of Sound brought out, and although they are good workouts, I still tend to favour this one most times and use the others for a bit of a change.

All in all, for an all-round exercise DVD this is this best one out there...its got a good soundtrack to boot and no annoying ex-big brother contestant or ex-coronation street has-been who you look at in a magazine the next day and see they have put on about 2 stone!!!! BUY IT!!!!

This is a great dvd it really gets you moving and the music is great. Ive bought many fitness videos and dvds in the past but this has got to be the best yet. Its really motivational and really makes you work hard. I wouldn't recommend it if you are not used to exercise at all as you need alot of energy to do this. Although this i s a great dvd, the only downfall i found was it wasn't explained very well when it came to doing some of the moves. I also think they could have shown you in a bit more detail how to do them. You do eventually pick up the moves, and i enjoyed the workout alot more then and had fun doing it. Ive not seen any differance yet as to weight loss as i have only used this dvd 4 times and only had it a week. But im sure the weight will soon fall off and i'll be more toned.

I bought this workout dvd a few weeks ago and it was money well spent. Even though the workout is quite challenging (especially the 'Pump it up' part) it is also great fun. The instructor keeps you motivated throughout the workout and the music is good as well. I bought this dvd to lose some weight and tone my body and it really seems to work.

This is definately not one for people who have no co-ordination! the dance moves are hard to get the hang of to start with, but once u get it its really fun!

Its a great workout, but it takes some stamina to keep up with it! Just expect to have some achy muscles afterwards!

Overall i would say this is one of the most fun workouts i have done! And once you get hang of it its very beneficial

The only bad point is that there is a bit too much lycra in it for my liking!

Well, this is the time of year again when most people tend to buy a fitness video or two. I was attracted to this one due to the aerobic/dance based description of it, and I wasn't disappointed. The music is very good, and also very up to date. I was surprised at how recent - even new - some of the songs were. There are different sections to the video, and you can do it all the way through for the best results, or just choose certain sections due to the amount of time you have. The moves aren't too complicated, and after a couple of tries, you will have no problem! Overall, I was very impressed with this workout, and will continue with it. Well worth buying!

I bought this DVD in the new year rush, in an attempt to get a bit fitter. When I first saw it advertised on TV, I laughed at it as I thought it would be yet another con celeb fitness video. But then I looked at all the positive reviews on Amazon and decided to give it a go.
I have to say I really enjoy it and it is a really good workout. It is split into 4 (I think) 20 minute sections, so you can do as much or as little as you want.
I'm not a big dance music fan, but you don't really have to be because all the music used is kept at quite a low background level. I think some of the moves will take a few goes to get right, as I presently have the dance grace of an elephant, but it's fun. Throughout the DVD they try to get you to be a bit sexy , which again will take some time to achieve, but I enjoy the DVD so much I'm prepared to give it time. I'm sure the dancer's grace will come?????

I have quite a selection of workout videos/DVDs but this is probaby the best one for working up a sweat whilst having a thoroughly good time doing it. The instructor is a great motivator, the music complements the routines and I found that I just wanted to worker harder and harder in order to get a body like her and her troupe!

If you like to work out hard and have a fabulous time, then this is for you. It is simply superb!

I am long standing member of a hi tech gym, I have tried every piece of equipment and could never get what I wanted out of exercise, a friend told me about this dvd and I thought oh no I cant watch all these gorgeous girls in bikini's and it will be awful, they only starred in a video!!! How wrong was I, I love the music, I love the moves and its a fantastic work out and its really helped me fit into my wedding dress (get married in a week)Absolutely brilliant!! I can't get enough of it! I must also add that the second and third pump it up dvd's are awful!!

If you're looking for a high energy workout, this is it. I consider myself quite fit, and even I struggled a little to go all the way through the dvd. I think if you give it 110% and really go for it, you can get a better workout, so make sure you grab a bottle of water before you start :D
The music is good, and well mixed too. Its all really upbeat and great to workout to. The instructions are easy to follow, and all in all its challenging, but not complicated.
When I bought this, I expected it to be more of a dance dvd, so I was a little disappointed when it was a workout. However, I stuck with it and was suprised at how fun it is to do.
I found that a great option on it was to be able to turn off the commentary :P Great when the 'thats the way!' gets to your nub. Theres also some music vids and a behind the scenes thing (not brilliant).

I bought this DVD on the back of reading the other reviews for it as I wasn't sure which one to get. I'm trying to lose those extra pounds and add to my fitness. I go to the gym regularly and just wanted something to work out to on those days I couldn't be bothered. I've bought another dance workout video thinking it would be fun, and although I have rhythm and can dance, choreographed dance moves are another matter! This DVD doesn't expect too much of you and whether you are co-ordinated or not, this is a good DVD..it'll just take a couple more times for those of you who aren't! I agree with someone else's review on here that if it is actual dancing you want, this isn't for you. Whilst there are dance steps, the majority of it is aerobic moves. I've really enjoyed doing it and I haven't been able to finish it to the very end, so I'm working up to it. I actually look forward to doing it in the mornings, which I didn't think I would. I would highly recommend this if you like dance music, want it as an additional method of getting fit, or even just on its own. I've been doing it every day this week, minus two when I went to the gym and I can already see results...small ones but I can see its working and I feel so much better!
