Martin Magic,
By Philip (Colchester Essex) - See all my reviews They are usually very expensive and the price here is much cheaper than the music shops. These are the genuine article and sound fantastic. One tip - I like heavy strings on my guitar. Martin are much `heavier' than other makes - so go for a much lighter rating than you would normally.

When it comes to guitar strings, every player knows that new strings sound the best. They are usually bright and crisp and the guitar delivers a punch most musician's prefer. My Martin strings sound richer than strings of the past and they are very comfortable to play.I bought my pack of Martin's not too long ago,but I truly think these are the best acoustic strings you can buy.

Good quality stings with a nice full sound, the more they break in the better they sound and they keep tune well.

These are great all round acoustic strings and the gauge is perfect for all types of music. I use these and the phosphor bronze sets exclusively, consider doing the same ;)

Best Strings Ever,

I have a moderate acoustic guitar and have always been trying out differnet types and thickness of strings and I ordered these strings. They make my guitar sound like a Martin guitar (well almost as Martin acoustic guitars are the best :) ). They are soo rich in sound and make songs just sound better.Try them out and see for yourself how good they are.

My first Martin Guitar Strings, very impressed,
This review is from: Martin 80/20 Acoustic Guitar Strings - Bronze Wound (Light, .012 - .054) (Electronics)
I have had an acoustic guitar for about 3 years, and in that time had never changed the strings, I am very much more interested by electric guitars. However, I've decided to "get into" acoustic more, and my first job was to replace the horrid stock strings on my acoustic. I decided to buy these strings, and after restringing my acoustic with them, I must say the difference is huge. It really feels like a different guitar, these strings are very very good. The tone I get out of them is fantatsic, and they feel very good to play with. Highly reccommended (despite my lack of experience with acoustic strings!!)
