Aerolatte Milk Frother,
By
This review is from: Aerolatte Satin Edition (Kitchen & Home)
I was really hesitant about buying as I thought it was just a gimmick. My first few tries when it arrived failed and was very dissapointed but then realised you have to get the milk to the perfect temperature by experimenting with your own microwave. Its even better heating the milk on the pan and using a thermometer because then you can measure that it is the perfect temperature to froth. Its such a fab product!! I've bought some flavoured syrups from Starbucks and hoepfully wont be buying any more of their over-priced coffees now i can make my own!! Definitely recommended!

Great frother,

Why spend a fortune on a cappuccino machine when you can get one of these for a few pounds? It makes great frothy milk which lasts for quite a long time, even when you sprinkle chocolate on it (froth made with my old machine collapsed when I sprinkled it with chocolate).

Aerolatte Satin EditionThis is an amazing piece of ingenuity. Who needs to go out for that expensive 'Latte' or 'Cappucino' when you can create the same at home... This little beauty is also good for whisking up your milk shakes, even after starting the the tradtional fork.. whisking your scrambled eggs. It's not a heavy duty whisk but really is a must in the kitchen and this particular model is top of it's tree. The 'Aerolatte Frother' has pride of place and is used frequently in my kitchen..

Just ok,

Performs ok, but that's about it. Eats batteries for breakfast so the life time cost of ownership is probably pretty high. Poor build quality on mine - battery doesn't properly fit in the housing and "rattles" when powered on. Also you have to press the battery cover to get a solid connection between the battery and the contact.

not suitable for preparing cement mortar,
This review is from: Aerolatte Satin Edition (Kitchen & Home)
Perfect and nicely designed tool, eventually could be slightly cheaper but at the end of day it is buyer's individual choice and decision.Makes good froth when milk is real and heated up to right temperature. Not suitable in building works - too weak for making a cement mortar :)

Very effective but unreliable electrics,

This review is from: Aerolatte Satin Edition (Kitchen & Home)
This device is extremely effective at frothing milk for coffee and bedtime drinks; and it gets regular use in our household. So I bought one for my brother only to find that what I thought were one-off problems with mine were just the same with his. Both the battery cover and the on-off switch did not make reliable contact and so sometimes it would not switch on and sometimes not switch off. By bending the battery terminals in the battery cover and by frequent use of the switch, the level of reliability has improved but it is an irritating aspect of what otherwise is a very neat piece of kit which it is a pleasure to use.

Fantastico!,

This review is from: Aerolatte Satin Edition (Kitchen & Home)
Ive had a few coffee machines to make Lattes, cappachinos etc but none seem to hit the mark. Mostly its just little old me and its hardly worth the faff of a machine to make the froth, I tried those capsule ones and quite frankly the milky part sucksThis is great, I just heat the milk in the microwave whilst the kettle boils, then whisk away. However word of warning the milk can get hot and splash My son has a hot chocolate when he gets in from school and now has requested a milkshake which at 8yrs he can make himself as there are no dangerous parts to it.

Very poor quality,
This review is from: Aerolatte Satin Edition (Kitchen & Home)
I bought my aerolatte milk frother three months ago and it has already broken - My previous aerolatte was also of very poor quality and didn't last long either so I decided to go for the more expensive Satin Edition thinking it would last longer. Basically the aerolatte used to be impressive in both permormance and the time it lasted so what has happened in the manufacturing process of it now?

This is a very useful gadget. My friend loves cappuccino, and this time I could serve the perfect cup of cappuccino. CTC
