A Great Introduction To Yoga

I've been using this DVD for appx. 4 months and it's fantastic ! During this time I have noticed a significant increase in my fitness and improved flexibility and muscle tone.
The presenter talks through each pose slowly and clearly and gives you time to make any adjustments to suit your own capability. She makes you very aware of how you use your breath during each pose - making it a very calming and rewarding experience as well as challenging your stiff limbs !
I would say this DVD was suitable for any size, shape and general fitness level. If you do it just twice a week, I'm sure you will reap the benefits as I have done and look forward to each session. The whole DVD is just under an hour from start to finish, with the last 10 minutes being focused on breathing and relaxing. You will come away from it feeling much calmer and more focused. Recommended !!
