This is a serious and quite tall piece of kit that is well made and grates brilliantly. My only warning would be to treat it with some respect as it will take sizeable gouges out of your hands and fingers with the same remarkable ease with which it handles carrot, turnip, parsnip, cheese etc.

A good grater with different sized holes on each side. The bottom is rubber-ended for a good grip and just happens to fit well in my bowls, so the cheese falls straight in, without the grater sliding all over the place.

It says stainless steel but the rubber bottom strip broke and the bottom rim is now rusting. The grating parts seem to be of good quality but the bottom piece that they wrap the grating part around isn't. And the top metal piece (unnecessary decoration) on the handle fell out after a few uses. Other than that the quality is good, but why not make it perfect?

Looking back, I'm not sure why I forked out so much money for a cheese grater! It grates okay, but I've never had a problem with any grater when new. The rubber around the base serves its purpose in keeping things steady, but there's a tendency for bits of food to get stuck between the rubber and metal. This grater is also unusually large which, I find, makes it a bit unwieldy, particularly when washing it up as it barely fits in the washing up bowl.

Its a good grater, the only issue was arrived the handle already broken, but was lazy to send it back as the grater itself is really sharp and useful!

Very flimsy. Bends all over the place in normal use, the black plastic handle broke after a short time, making the thing next to useless. The entire thing bent all over the place in use even before the handle broke. Buy something else made of a decent thickness. Very disappointed, as I have bought other Kitchencraft products, which have been excellent.

Fast delivery and well packaged. The grater has a rubber base which helps to keep it sturdy when in use and the handle has a good grip. Basically, works just like a grater should, therefore watch the knuckles as it's pretty sharp! No negatives, a five star from me.

Great. Very sharp and solid. I have no problems putting my weight on it to keep it steady and it is a much easier and safer job because it is so sharp that I don't need to go to fast or push to hard and I have more control of my movements.

This is big and bulky and I found it uncomfortably so and sent it back. Got another one half the price at Tesco. I could imagine it being hard to clean with the rubber at the bottom: this would annoy me as it could collect water.
