5.0 out of 5 stars Fast Food Rockers - Mike Stock Does It Again
If you enjoy pure POP music that lifts your spirits and will make you smile, we can once trust Mike Stock, of the legendary Stock Aitken Waterman Hitmaking Team to deliver. This record was not written to be analyzed from a socio or environmental perspective as the reviewer above fails to realize. So, if you like dance pop reminiscient of the STYLE of early Kylie, Sonia,...

This record was not written to be analyzed from a socio or environmental perspective as the reviewer above fails to realize. So, if you like dance pop reminiscient of the STYLE of early Kylie, Sonia, Jason, Steps, etc -- Get this one!! It's not ONLY just for Kids--PWL/SAW Fans must own this one !!

5.0 out of 5 stars A great album! A brilliant effort by all concerned!, 22 Nov 2003
This review is from: It's Never Easy Being Cheesy (Audio CD)
Don't let the album title or "The Fast food song" put you off as this is a very well produced album with much more depth and variety than the Fast Food Rockers image would suggest!
Defintley by no means a throaway album or something just for the kids, there is something for everyone to appreciate be they young or old a Mike Stock / PWL fan or otherwise
A great party album virtually every single track is brilliant, only a few are slightly less good
A highly recommended gift for kids of any age and for anyone that likes partying and having fun!

5.0 out of 5 stars OMG! Can't wait!, 10 Nov 2003

Oh my god, this album is goin to be fantastic! With hits such as smile please, the fast food song, and gostbusters its gonna be pure pop genius! As a true fan of the rockers (have met them twice!!!) i am on a crusade to get everyone to listen to this! You'd be suprised by the people who will actually dance to the rockers! Isn't it refreshing to see something like the rockers, than the other self obsessed moody music artists/groups that are around at the moment!

4.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as Scooch..., 25 Jan 2004
This review is from: It's Never Easy Being Cheesy (Audio CD)
I think one might be embarassed to take this CD up the counter at your local HMV, but I didn't have to do that...
It's a decent album, your typical catchy, cheesy pop music, but that's what it's marketed to be. Some songs are good here and those are the ones were written by legendary pop songwriter Mike Stock of Stock/Aitken/Waterman fame. Not bad, but really, get rid of that dreadful version of 'Ghostbusters'!!!!
