The film is obviously mainly a vehicle for several drawn out softcore scenes, but with a basic horror/thriller storyline stitching it all together. Neither part is particularly successful - the main female character is part of a group traveling as part of a small archaeological expedition who gets knocked out and when she comes to back home infected with something that makes her horny, later developing into a desire to rip people to shreds. The budget for special effects really wasn't there for this kind of storyline though, and you get some cringeworthy scenes with her trying to look threatening, or jumping and lunging at the camera. The acting in general isn't of a particularly high standard, but mostly keeps the story flowing okay.
In terms of the erotic side of things there isn't anything to rescue things here - the main character has several scenes with her boyfriend/husband who is the leader of the expedition, and then various strangers but those start getting shorter as she gets more infected. She is fairly attractive, probably artificially enlarged but not too blatantly. The is one other female character that tries to steal away her boyfriend that was more attractive, but only for one short interrupted scene. Another thing to be aware of is that the woman on the cover (and menu) isn't in the film.
On a more technical level the picture quality seems fairly low - it is very grainy, to the point where a white car bonnet looks light grey instead.
