Product arrived ahead of schedule. This is a German dvd so no English on the packaging. Also the style of the packaging is different to the UK so the case is not as you wood expect. However I knew what I was expecting so should be grateful for the quick delivery and the price paid.

I give this film full marks because it is an absolutely brilliant crime caper that leaves little or nothing to be desired - funny, cheeky, witty, charming, daring, bold, ironic, and with top-class actors, including, would you believe, Burt Reynolds in a kind of cameo role as crime boss. Jochen Nikel, the 'Rollo' of 'Stalingrad' is also included as a bent cop who also happens to be the boss's sidekick, and we have a brilliant performance from the 'Doc' by Udo Kier who, in conjunction with Samuel Fintzi, you know, the dentist in 'Coqauvin', as his sidekick or medical assistant in the lucrative business of organ donations. Of the three young actors who have to get one million marks within 5 days to compensate Burt Reynold's character (Banko, or something) for having been defrauded, I particularly liked Nils Bruno Schmidt's performance as Dave because, for anyone familiar with 'Knockin' on Heaven's Door', there were often stretches of monologe on his part that were pure Til Schweiger and all the more enjoyable in consequence! Thiery van Werveke, one of the principal actors from 'Knocking' on Heaven's Door', also had a special role as the lynchpin around whom the three younger actors revolved pretty much throughout the film, and as the slightly simple-minded but immensely kind-hearted ex-boxer Glotze he kind of stole the show for me by his combination of innocence and sincerity and sense of loyalty to his three younger friends. Really there is too much to enjoy about this film which, coupled to a brilliant unbelievably appropriate and scene-sensitive soundtrack and/or series of songs (there is even room for Barber's emotionally-charged 'Adagio for Strings), is simply a must-see. In my view, Thomas Jahn and Til Schweiger have created a masterpiece to rank with the best of Tom Tykver ('Der Krieger und die Kaiserin' and 'Lola Rennt'), and you can't do better than that! There is even a Frankenstein-like scene towards the end involving the two doctors (aforementioned) in their grisly trade, and rarely have I seen anything so funny as the nature and circumstance of their downfall!
