For the price this does the job perfectly well. The plastic is solid enough to cope with a bit of travelling, and there is a handy legend on the side to remind you whether the batteries are charged or not (right way up for charged, upside-down for discharged) so you can keep them together without getting confused. The box is quite long, so hard to fit in a pocket. A four battery version would be handy (I haven't checked if there is one). The ability to connect more than one together isn't so great. It's not a tight fit, so cannot be relied upon when travelling. For simply keeping them together on a shelf it works.

This is a very simple idea allowing for battery storage and/or 'compact' sized memory card storage. As such it makes for a very attractive purchase option, not only for photographers especially, but also for anyone with loose AA sized batteries.

The boxes have compartments for 8 AA batteries, any pair of which can be used for a 'compact' sized memory card instead. The batteries can up upturned to indicate used and upright to indicate re-charged as appropriate.

The boxes will also clip together allowing for mass storage without taking up large amounts of space. Photographers who use large numbers of batteries for professional use will find this extension to the storage idea a particular benefit.

The boxes are a simple idea but are made in sufficiently durable plastic to adequately sustain reasonable wear and tear. Kept in a drawer they should last indefinitely.

This therefore is a reasonably priced, convenient and practical answer to the storage of AA battery and 'compact' memory cards

Once youve accumulated a few batteries - rechargeable or otherwise storing them is an issue. There are some great 4x boxes but these hold eight at a time and clip together. Easy to open and connect to each other for convenient and accessible storage of your batteries. Holds AA and AAA sizes

This might sound crazy, but I absolutely love these little boxes! I have loads of rechargeable batteries to power my ridiculous panoply of gadgets, and I'm always ending up with piles of batteries all over the place, and no idea which ones need to be recharged.

This product comprehensively solves both those problems by offering a nice compact box to store them in, and the suggestion that you store batteries with the "nipple end" facing down if they're discharged.

Simple and perfect design. And as an added bonus, you can clip multiple boxes together for tidier storage. I don't think there's any other product on the market which fulfills the same function. And why would you bother creating a competitor when perfection has already been achieved?

I bought 3 of this product. Will buy again.

One of the best battery boxes I have found. It has labels on the side with directions for charged and flat batteries. It is compact, lightweight and robust. Good design with four internal compartments, each holds either two round things (AA or slightly larger) or two flat things (memory card etc). Drops a star because the catch is quite hard to pop, in fact over time the pressure to pop the catch might break it.

The design of this product is well thought out. It needs one improvement. The makers should increase the strength of the whole product by using thicker plastic. It is a shame that they prefer the cheaper price to instead making a slightly more expensive, say £2, product, which would make it ideal. Sadly I presume they do not want to see it long lasting. So, while it lasts, it does the job well.

What can I say about a small plastic box? It is very sturdy and generally feels well made. Does exactly what it says: stores batteries and memory cards! Highly recommended, especially if like me had all your batteries stored lose in a compartment in your camera bag. This occasionally caused them to short out and resulted in flat batteries when I thought they were charged!

Excellent way of storing and managing my rechargeable AA (and AAA batteries) which I use with several speedlights. Simply place the flat batteries upside-down in the holder when flat so that you know which of them require charging. The case takes eight batteries and the clean rectangular shape makes them easy to store, especially as they clip loosely together

If you have a shed load of rechargeable AA batteries and you need to keep them neat then this is ideal. I use it to store by AA batteries in my kit bag for my fenix touch which uses 8 AA BATTERIES AT A TIME AND I FIND THAT THE interlocking feature is very useful..

I'm pleased with this: it feels secure and as though the hinges will last and the ability to slot multiple units appeals as I think I'll buy some more. It's an easy way to store batteries for use or before charging.
