The combined printer paper and colour ink cassette makes for very easy printing on any of the latest Canon card printers ~ I use the CP200. The cassette and postcard size printer paper are simple to load and produce superb results (I've printed direct from both the original Canon Ixus V and the new Ixus 400 digital cameras). The postcard size prints are as good as photo lab results and the photos are reproduced on card thick enough to send via the post ~ as they should be! The advantage of combined purchases of paper and ink together means that you don't have to worry about how much ink is left ~ simply change the cassette when you change packs of paper ~ simplicity itself.

The fact that my printer (CP740) was not mentioned on the box might indicate that this is a fairly elderly product (the box itself looked as though it had seen better days!) but in fact it does work with the later Selphy CP models. The results were absolutely fine. I was a bit miffed that the postage cost outweighed the cost of the item itself, but you can't get cheaper in the shops so it was a worthwhile purchase

This kit gives you the ability to create very high quality prints from your Canon printer. Using a dye-sublimation process, each piece of 6 x 4 paper goes through the printer three times, with a different colour being added each time. There is no drying time after the process is complete. Each print has thin white right and left borders, which you can either leave on for ease of handling, or remove (via the perforations) for optimum display.

The only drawback is the high price per print. So this solution is for those who print selectively. If you tend to print a large percentage of your photos, you might be better off taking the memory card to a photo processing shop and getting them printed in a batch. On the other hand, the quality of the prints from this kit is at least as high, and you will the satisfaction of having done them yourself!

I bought two Selphy printers for one photographic job a year ago. Around sixty 6x4 prints were required quickly at a function at least an hour's drive from the nearest photo lab. Quality of print shocked me - wish they made a bigger version. I rarely print 6x4 so for same engagement this year bought the postcard paper which I can use as a promotional tool or simply for family oddments. Second time round I took the printers out of storage loaded new media and left an assistant to it with five minutes "training". Great results.

Canon KP-36IP Ink/ paper set for CP-100, CP200 & CP300.
Original items at a reasonable cost compared to other suppliers.
It's annoying that you can't buy the paper and ink cartridges separately - but that is Canon's fault.
If you absolutely must have pictures printed there and then (as we did for a wedding), then it is worth it for good quality prints. Otherwise save yourself a lot of money, and the hassle of trying to find a power socket for the bulky printer.

Hmmm, it is expensive but it's nice to be able to print photos and have something physical. Digital photography means you can take as many as you like without getting more expensive, but having more means less time (or not bothering) to look at each photo. Going through and printing the photos into a physical format means you pick a few good ones and you have something to hold and display, not a file hidden away on your computer.

In terms of printing quality, there are little errors and spots of weird colours, but it can look okay - almost adding to the analogue feel.

This product does provide exce;llent results, and is offered at a good price...however, if you're new to this (Amazon), be aware that you pay for deleivery on each item bought, so it works out quite a bit cheaper to buy the value pack (ie, 1 delivery charge)

This paper set arrived minus one packet of 12 photo paper sheets, there should have been three sets of 12, only two where in the package and it had been clearly opened. As soon as the package arrived i knew what was inside because the post mark was Jersey. On two previous occassions, one from Day2Day and the other was Photoglossy, both from Jersey each had a packet of photo paper missing, the latter denying any connection with Day2Day.

This was the first time I have used Amazon, I found, with a little help from family members the site was easy to use.
item was delivered within the time specified. It arrived safe and was the correct item. I am delighted with the product, it means that
I now know where I can purchase replacements, as and when I require replacements.
