5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant Contemporary Blues
Otis Taylor must currently rank as the best of the modern blues artists bar none. Intense, atmospheric urgent songs, he is pushing the boundaries of the genre to new exciting levels.
Check out his other cd's all are of the same high standard.

Downloaded this on the strength of one track (10 millian slaves) heard in a film. It's a superb album. Full of soul, great music and original talent. I expect to be listening to this for a long time to come.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, 23 Dec 2011
This review is from: Respect the Dead (Audio CD)
I've just recently "discovered" Otis Taylor: I must have been living under a rock! I heard his "Nasty Letter" (to be found on Truth is Not Fiction) and had to find out more. If you're into Blues/Delta Blues, you won't be disappointed with this.
