4.0 out of 5 stars A must see for all WWF fans, 21 Jan. 2002
This review is from: WWF: Wrestlemania X-Seven [VHS] (VHS Tape)
The start of wrestlemania was shrowded with good but predictable matches. I was counting down to the time of the street fight between VINCE McMAHON and SHANE McMAHON, though it wasnt too entertaining the ending was very funny. The TLC match was breathtaking- everything from senton bombs and spears off 20 foot ladders- ( plus the ending when MATT and BUBBA went through 4 tables!)- and power bombs through tables. The most shocking part of wrestlemania was the last and grand finalie match between STONE COLD and THE ROCK. the match was a display of great wrestling ablilities along with bells and chairs being used! I dont want to spoil the ending for u but as i say.....THIS IS A MUST SEE

Gr8 linda story line surrounding, the 3rd best match. 9/10. Then its TLC II, gr8 match not as good as TLC 1 tho. 9 and a half/10. Undertaker vs hhh is possibly undertakers best match at a wrestlemania. Amazing match leaving u amazed and disbelieved. 8 and a half/10. Then the main event the best match of the nite austin vs rock, no dq. Gr8 match from start 2 finish with the most suprising ending u will ever c. A gr8 ppv and a must buy.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Showcase Of The Immortals, 15 Jun. 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: WWF: Wrestlemania X-Seven [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Wrestlemania is always an amazing pay-per-view, but this years was phenomenal. With 11 matches on the card it was very long, but I enjoyed every single second of it. The brilliant main event (WWF Championship: The Rock vs. Stone Cold) has a surprising ending. My favourite match has to be The Undertaker, who is undefeated at Wrestlemania, against Triple H. WWF fans from down the years will remember wrestlers from the Gimmick Battle Royal, which I am sorry to say is the only match that is disappointing. Another great battle is between the 1996 Olympic Champion Kurt Angle against the new fan favourite Chris Benoit. The Tables Ladders and Chairs match set new standards for the WWF and the home-towners the APA teamed-up with Tazz to take on the vile Right To Censor. Jim Ross is joined by the slightly irratating Paul Heyman at ringside for the first time. Shane McMahon battles his father, Vince, with more than just pride on the line. I would reccomend this to anyone, so buy the grandaddy of them all now!

Definetly one of the best Wrestle Manias ever if not the best and it was certenly the best ppv of the year. Only a couple dull matches but the rest were awsome. The three best matches were..
3. HHH vs Undertaker
2. TLC 2

5.0 out of 5 stars WOW, 24 Mar. 2004
TLC !!!! i need say no more !!!
The TLC2 is bloody brilliant, great moves and a good ending .
The title match is one of the best ever, a classic Rock v Austin encounter with the twist of the century to end it !!!
Triple H v Undertaker is a great match trailing all over the building but the ending is a bit predictable with the Undertaker beinf 11 - 0 at Wrestlemania !!! The only dissapointment is the gimmick battle royal but it was enjoyable to hear 'The Brain's' voice agen!!!
DEFINATELY THE BEST WRESTLEMANIA YET !!!!
