WWF Intercontinental Championship
Chris Jericho (c) vs. William Regal
A solid start to the night. Both men put a good shift in.
Six Man Tag Team Match
Tazz & The APA vs. Right to Censor
Fast paced but quick and not too much to get excited about.
Hardcore Championship Triple Threat
Raven (c) vs. Kane vs. Big Show
Great hardcore match. Raven has good spells in this match despite being at a severe height and strength disadvantage. Very entertaining.
WWF European Championship
Eddie Guerrero (c) vs. Test
Not a bad match. Both men have varied styles from one another so not too bad all in all.
Kurt Angle vs. Chris Benoit
Another strong performance from both of these guys. Not their best match ever but certainly worth a watch.
WWF Women's Championship
Ivory (c) vs. Chyna
Not great, not bad. But Chyna's in-ring abilities are always good to watch.
Vince McMahon vs. Shane McMahon
Very entertaining match. Shane o'Mac always puts on a good show and Wrestlemania was no exception. Very good bout.
WWF Tag Team Championship TLC match
Dudley Boyz (c) vs. Hardy Boyz vs. Edge & Christian
Once again these 6 guys put their bodies on the line to produce another spectacular match-up. Even better than their TLC match at Summerslam 2000.
Gimmick Battle Royal
Always good to see the legends make a comeback and where better to do it than Wrestlemania. Not much in ring action to get excited about but a good little watch.
The Undertaker vs. Triple H
Great match. Very balanced contest in which both men fought hammer and tongs for the win.
WWF Championship No Disqualification Match
The Rock (c) vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin
Another great Wrestlemania performance by both men. They both always seem to turn it up on extra notch on the big occassions like this which is why both men in my opinion will always be a cut above the rest in the WWE. A shock ending to look forward to too.
on 17 June 2007
Chris Jericho (champ) vs. William Regal
A good way to kick off Wrestlemania but this was no where near the standards of some of the other matches. A bit slow and boring in parts, but a couple of good moves used.
6 Man Tag-Team Match
Tazz and The APA (Bradshaw and Faarooq) w/Jacqueline vs. The Right to Censor (The Goodfather, Val Venis and Bull Buchanan) w/Steven Richards
Again, not a very good match (but Tazz is cool so it isn't all that bad). We don't see much of Faarooq in this one -or The Goodfather- and it's kind of short for a 6 Man Tag.
Raven (champ) vs. Kane vs. Big Show
Definitely one of the best matches of the night. Fast-paced, exciting (and pretty brutal too!) this match had all the things a Hardcore should. An astounding event.
Test (champ) vs. Eddie Guerrero w/Perry Saturn
Another average match, although the previous one made it look better than it actually was. If you like Eddie Guerrero and the Radicalz, then you'll enjoy this match. Concentrating on the wrestling though, it's more suited to Sunday Night Heat.
Kurt Angle vs. Chris Benoit
A great contest for lovers of technical wrestling and even if you don't it's still good. Both men are amazing athletes and even though this isn't as good as their one they would have at Backlash next month, it is still a fabulous match.
Ivory (champ) vs. Chyna
Boring. Lucky it was over quickly.
Special Guest Referee: Mick Foley
Vince McMahon w/Stephanie McMahon vs. Shane McMahon
Not as good as I expected but this is more focused on the McMahon family than the match. A few exciting parts but for a street fight, it is over very quickly.
Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray and D-Von Dudley) (champs) vs. Hardy Boyz (Matt and Jeff Hardy) vs. Edge and Christian
The third and final match in these three teams legendary TLC matches. Some absolutely breathtaking moves used here and so many tables were broken by these 6 men you lose count. Just when you thought someone was about to win, they went through yet another table, and another, and another! This isn't as good as their one at Wrestlemania 2000 though and it is over quicker than I thought. Still brilliant, second best match of the night.
Gimmick Battle Royal
Stupid. The entrances were longer than the actual match! "Mean" Gene Okerlund and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan were commentating on this one, so for the longtime fans it's a bit more enjoyable but for us new-ish ones, give it a miss.
No Holds Barred
Undertaker vs. Triple H
Not as brutal as I thought it would be, especially since the referee gets knocked out near the beginning. The fight into the crowd is amazing and it's funny when this idiot jumps in front of Triple H and pushes him and Triple H pushes him so hard, he falls back into his seat. It starts to pick up speed near the end though.
World Wrestling Federation Championship
The Rock (champ) vs. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin
The second in the trilogy of the Austin/Rock matches at Wrestlemania and in my view, the best. This match is unbelievably brutal with both men bleeding like mad at the end. The pair put up a good fight and this was so unpredictable, it could have gone either way. 100% the best match of the night.
A fantastic Wrestlemania with so many good matches you forget the bad ones. This was the era that changed WWE and it has some legendary matches we will never forget. This has to be one of the best Wrestlemanias... ever.
on 2 August 2005
This is without question the greatest Wrestlemania of all time. It is abit of a slow starter but once it gets going you'll want to watch it over and over again.
Chris Jericho vs. William Regal
Passable match, both men tried hard and it shows 6/10
2.)Six Man Tag
RTC Vs. Tazz and The APA
Another solid effort in a match that only really existed to give the RTC something to do. 5/10
Raven vs. The Big Show vs. Kane
I personally loved this match, it was hard hitting but at the same time includes some priceless comedy (I'll never forget the sight of Kane in a golf buggy.) 8/10
Test vs. Eddie Guerrero
Not quite sure what to make of this match. Guerrero always had his work cut out trying to drag a decent match out of Test but he did well and carried Test to his best match to date, screwy finish aside another solid efforty. 6/10
Ivory vs. Chyna
You didn't have to be a brain surgeon to know that Ivory wasn't gonna win this one. Awful match, thankfully this does'nt really spoil the show at all. 3/10
Mr Mcmahon vs. Shane Mcmahon
Awesome! I wasn't expecting miracles from these two part timers but what a well booked and executed match this is. Shane's dive at the end was fantastic. 9/10
Dudleyz vs. The Hardyz vs. Edge and Christain
This match puts all their previous efforts to shame, some of the spots were the same but still with all the interference and some quality bumps from all gave this the maximum. 10/10
8.)Kurt Angle vs. Chris Benoit
How could I miss this out! both men at their best, a fabulous match. 10/10
9.)Gimmick Battle Royal
Not quite as bad as the Women's match, but close. 4/10
10.)Undertaker vs. Triple H
Another great match which shows why Triple H is god! He even laid down for the Undertaker at the end. I'm sure noone thought he would do that. 9/10
11.)WWF Championship, No DQ
The Rock vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin
My favourate match of all time. It has your blood pumping from start to finish and has everything a Wrestlemania main event should have. Retarded finish it may have, but this match is worth the price of this event itself!

on 26 October 2003
Wrestlemania x-7 is quite simply the greatest wwe ppv of all time and is worth the full price for the main event alone!
Chris Jericho (champion) vs. William Regal
A solid opener wich really got the crowd going
Six man tag team match
APA & Tazz vs. Right to censor
A good fast paced battle with a great ending
Ivory (champion) vs. Chyna
A very one sided battle with Chyna at her very best
Test (champion) vs. Eddie Guerrero
A good back and forth match wich suffers from a screw job ending
Raven (champion) vs. Big Show vs. Kane
A fantastic and sometimes hilarious hardcore match wich spills all over the arena. The weaponry included fire extinguishers, kendo sticks, golf karts and steel chairs!.
Gimmick battle royal
A 30 man over the rope elimination match wich features some shock faces from the past!
Chris Benoit vs. Kurt Angle
The first match in the long Angle/Benoit series. Some great technical wrestling from both men
Shane McMahon vs. Vince McMahon (Street fight)
A long, bloody, chaotic slobber knocker wich features plenty of interfearance. Some spots included Shane flying through the spanish announcers table,Vince nailing Mick Foley with a chair,Linda kicking Vince in the balls and a van terminator from Shane
Undertaker vs. Triple H
An amazing match between two of the most intense competitors in the history of the business,a candidate for match of the year
TLC match for the tag team championship
Edge & Christian (champions) vs. Hardy Boyz vs. Dudley Boyz
A stunning display from all three teams with a dozen bumps and plenty of high risk manouvers. Another candidate for match of the year
The Rock (champion) vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin
There are not enough words to describe how good this match is intense, hardcore, bloody to name a few. Both men pull of numerous finishing moves and the match could have ended a dozen times. But both men battle to the end and dispite interfearance at the end, They pull off what could be the greatest match of all time.
Verdict - An amazing ppv wich should set the standard for future wrestlemania's I rate wrestlemania x-7 5/5. If you have yet to see this dvd you have not lived!

This is PURE Sports Entertainment.
I have seen this DVD many times and unlike other PPVs that only get viewed once and get put on a shelf to ROT, this can be watched so many times without boredom.
Ok the first few aren't special but five are.
Raven(Harcore Champion) v. Big Show v. Kane
The third match and an often forgotten hardcore classic due the often speculated crapness od all three. I remember sitting at home amazed at the awesomeness of this match.Everything is seen from golf cabs(?) to fake thin walls and windows to a Plastic box full of rubbish.COOL...
Shane O'Mac v. Vinny Mac w.Mick Foley as special guest ref
Super street fight.Well executed.Great finish. When Mick Foley gets involved in a McMahon Street fight you know only something good can happen. Shane dives through table.Linda kicks vinny in balls.Vanterminater by shane to vince.Class.
Best TLC match ever.Puts TLC 3 and 4 to shame. So many big falls from ladders into tables.
Jeff Hardy SwantonBomb off 20 Ft Ladder onto Rhino and Spike on tables below. Edge spears Matt who is hanging from belts off a ladder.
But why did E & C have to win it again.Buy DVD for this.
Undertaker Vs HHH (NO DQ)
Takers first WM after getting injured.Good match from HHH (Seeing him now makes my cringe with frustration).
Best bit when Taker attempts to Last Ride HHH but HHH "hits" Taker with sledge-hammer. SLOBBERKNOCKER if ever I Saw One.
ROCK vs. Austin
Best rock/austin match out of all three at 'MANIA.
I don't know what makes this match so great but it has that buzz about it. Several finishers by both men. Vince comes in. Both rock and austin bloody mess.Austin Wins.Turns Heel.
Ok the ending was predictable (Only Diesel,HHH and Hogan have retained Championship at WM) But it was Amazing to watch.
If you're new to wwe like i was once buy this on DVD.
Only a Fool will be disappointed.
Have a nice day!

This is the best WWF event that I have ever seen. The Astradome was packed out with no less than 67.925 WWF fans attending this great event. The event is also a first WWF PPV for Paul Heyman as he joined J.R. Jim Ross for colour commentary at ringside. It starts of with a very entertaining Intercontinental title match between William Regal and Y2J Chris Jericho, followed by a very good 6-man tag match involving the APA, Tazz and RTC. After that was one of my personal favourites, the triple threat Hardcore match between Raven,Kane and the Big Show. This match was all over the place and it had a very interesting ending. Next up Eddie Guerrero attempted to regain his European Title in an extremely physical bout against Test. Another war took place after this putting Kurt Angle against Chris Benoit in a battle for pride. After several agonising months of neck surgery, the Ninth Wonder of the World Chyna made her much anticipated in-ring return, pitting her in a womens title match against RTC's Ivory. Expect a short but sweet match. More than just the Tag Titles were on the line in a reunion of last years Summerslam classic, with the gruelling TLC II. In this amazing match, the high-flyin' Hardyz, Edge and Christian, and those Damn Dudleyz put their bodies and careers on the line in a breath-taking, thirty minute "slobberknocker". Watch chairs swing, tables break, and ladders be used for far more than painting the ceiling-to put it simply, this is the meaning of Xtreme. While the audience were catching their breath, we witnessed a highly amusing "Gimmick Battle Royal" including old favourites Doink the Clown and Micheal "the Freebird" Hayes. Expect a lot of laughs! After this came my second favourite match of the night with Dead Man Inc.(the Undertaker) opening on The Game Triple H. Apart from chokeslams, pedigrees and Last Ride the American Badd Ass rolled back the years and reminded us of the Phenom by nailing the Game with a massive Tombstone Piledriver! After this came the main event and by far the best match of the night when the WWF Champion The Rock face Stone Cold Steve Austin in his native Texas. Watch the Brahma Bull layeth the smackdown as only the Rock knows how in a thrilling main event with an amazing twist! If you are a WWF fan, this is a MUST as no wrestle-aholic must be without WrestleMania X-7even.

The WWE puts on possibly the best wrestlemania of all time, I shall review some of the better matches and the other matches shall be mentioned at the end.
TLC2- Hardy Boyz vs Dudley Boyz vs Edge and Christian
Awesome match. Great bumps taken by all 6 men and they all gave it their all to make this match absolutely unforgettable, and they succeded. Brilliant! 10/10
Kurt Angle vs Chris Benoit
The 2 greatest technical wrestlers in the WWF/E at the moment meet in a classic. They got the balance between technical and brawling just right. Great work! 10/10
HHH vs Undertaker
The 2 most intense guys in WWF/E history meet in an all put brawl that the crowd were unbelievably into. Great brawling by both men and they really put a lot of effort into it! 10/10
The Rock vs Stone Cold (WWF Title) No DQ
The 2 biggest superstars meet in a match for the ages. Incredibe title match. brwaling, technical and athletic brilliance and a flashback to a move Austin hadn't used in years! But, the thing Austin did at the end (I won't say what it si just in case you haven't seen it!) was just to save his career as he was past his prime at this point and needed a new angle to keep him at the top! 10/10
Intercontinental title: Y2J vs William Regal
Gimmick Battle Royal (Brilliantly funny) Hillbilly Jim!!!
Women's Title: Chyna vs Ivory
European Title: Test vs Eddie Guerrero
Hardcore Title: Raven vs Kane vs Big Show
on 1 October 2001
I would usually dribble on about the pros and cons of WWF PPVs, but this time I found it very hard all the matches were excellent! The Main Event will go down in history as one of the greatest ever contested. I cannot praise this event highly enough, Just Buy It!
