5.0 out of 5 stars Could be a double A-Side..., 21 July 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Supreme [CD 2] [CD 2] (Audio CD)
The incredible thing about Robbie Williams is that so often you find a gem of a song as what might be considered the B-Side of a single. In this case, said gem is Come Take Me Over, a rawly emotional and touching song that almost eclipses the excellent Supreme. As an expression of the need to find love, the two songs put together are, in my opinion, unparalleled in pop. Don't Do Love is an altogether cruder track, but then it's about an altogether cruder subject. The overall effect of the CD is to uplift or bring catharsis, depending on the mood of the listener. Unmissable, and worth every penny.

5.0 out of 5 stars From a boy to THE man, 12 Dec 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Supreme [CD 2] [CD 2] (Audio CD)
When Robbie first started off his solo career, he wrote and performed new, invigorating, happy-go-lucky song written and sung by a boy/lad. He progressed to Angels, and now Supreme shows Robbie growing up and turning to a man. I liked him before and now he shows how specail he is. This clever and great to songalong to. Great stuff!

I first heard 'supreme' when I first got Robbie's new album and couldn't stop playing the track over and over. I couldn't believe this tune was from Rob! He's really grown up. 'I hate I will survive' but this is soooo funky. Nice one Rob !!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars AMAZING., 3 Dec 2000

Robbie's done it again. This single is sure to be a big hit. It uses the symphony from Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive", and far from sounding like a tacky rip-off, it really does it justice. "Supreme" is a great sing-a-long track.

5.0 out of 5 stars Supreme Robbie, 23 Nov 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Supreme [CD 1] [CD 1] (Audio CD)
From his latest No. 1 album "Sing When Your Winning", Robbie has once again delivered another chart-topping hit. "Supreme" which has been called by some as William's "I Will Survive", has an incredibly catchy chorus which is sure to become an anthem for all. The song itself is about how we all try to look for love with an ending conclusion before the track finishes "Come on live a love supreme / Don't let it get you down / Everybody lives for love" This single is sure to thrash other artist singles this christmas like Britney Spears - "Stronger" (sorry Britney) and Eminem's "Stan". I hope this review has been helpful.
