In my view, this is the greatest dub album of all time... subtle & sublime.

I first heard this in 1975 on the John Peel radio show, bought it immediately, and have loved it ever since.

5.0 out of 5 stars A classic re-issue, a must for all real roots Dub fans., 7 Oct 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Pick a Dub [VINYL] (Vinyl)
Keith hudson - who died far too young - was one of the truly great inovators of the Dub style. Echo, phase and drop came as naturally to him as taking free kicks comes to David Beckham. This is one of the classic Roots albums of all times - equalled ony by Skin Flesh and Bones and King Tubby.
There are 12 great tracks - all of them crucial - but in particular "Don't Move" "In the Rain" and "I'm all Right".

Heard this way back in 1975 and have it on vinyl, Cassette and CD.
Absolutely Brilliant Dub LP. Keith Hudson's production, Carlie & Aston Barrett, Chinna and company playing, King Tubbys mixing. Difficult to get much better than this.
All Tracks excellent.
No true lover of dub can do with this.
One of the oldest and still one of the best ever dub albums ever!!

I spent many hours listening to to reggae music back in the late seventies, and it was this album that I kept returning to. It is abstract and earthy, and bears repeated listening, particularly good with headphones. A must have for this genre of music.
