5.0 out of 5 stars SLAMazing
This is one of the best Techno compilations I've ever heard, Slam have taken a mix of absolute classics and slightly more obscure tunes and turned them into this immense, progressive masterpiece. I listened to it all the way through for the dirst time at work the other day and got absolutely nothing done, by the time the album builds up to Josh Wink's - How is your...

I listened to it all the way through for the dirst time at work the other day and got absolutely nothing done, by the time the album builds up to Josh Wink's - How is your evening so far and Slam's - Positive Education it is absolutely thumping, If you like Techno then buy this album.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great build up to a night out., 23 Jan 2001

This must be the best piece of work Slam have done for a while. The first CD is excellent beach party music with some classic house. But its the second CD where Slam show their skills. Some great tech-house tracks along with deep house, which will get anyone ready for a great night out. Basically a flawless album which every dance music lover should have.

Bought this CD after a recomendation and thought that it would be like the bugged out CD, its not. Techno isn't that great to listen to at home compared to clubs and this CD is no exception. There are house like elements to the cd but not very many, this is definitely techno. The second disc can still definitely get anyone but the most narrow minded clubber going but it could be done better. If you know exactly what slam are about then you'll know what is on the cd, but if you don't then try to find out before you spend your money.
