wow, this album is extreme, the additional talking over the songs adds to the atmosphere... this album is brilliant for the lovers of extremity.

The Berzerker are one of those bands that will amaze every time. Death metal grunts combined with techno pulses and samples. Just to give you an idea what to expect, the Berzerker's drummer recently broke the world record for the fastest drum beats per minute - that's right kids, all those drums you're hearing are not machines, they're a real guy playing them! The last two tracks on the CD are a bit of a waste though, searing white noise that makes the rest of the album sound sane in comparison. It makes no difference though because there's enough material here to blow you away all the same. Not many bands sound this extreme today - this is the band Slipknot wish they were. Strap yourself in, this one's gonna be a rough ride!....

Yes yes yes! Extreme metal at its most extreme. Awesome guitar riffage, pounding digital drums, bone-shaking bass, and guttoral vocals.... what more could your average misfit want?

This band are really strange. The drum machine sounds exactly like that old-school European underground satanic techno, if you know the kind I mean. It blasts along at various tempos and rhythms at times reaching such high speeds that it becomes a whirring sound effect rather than a beat. It is a highly unusual feature which takes a bit of getting used to. On top of this are what sound like death metal guitar samples and very fast screaming and shouting by three band members. You know, it shouldn't really work but it does. Ounce you get used to the sound you will realise that this is a step forward in extremity. The atmosphere on this album is so heavy it is suffocating. You have to hear it.

This album is one hard bastard. It comes across as a mixture between Ultraviolence and the sadly missed Carcass. If you like either of these bands, or just extreme music in general, you'll like this. If you're one of those in your Linkin Park sweat top, liking metal because it became fashionable then this really isn't for you, stick to your pop music. For the rest of us, though, it is the best in hardcore 300bpm techno meets death metal. To liven things up, it also contains a fine series of samples discussing such topics as the role of the coroner and the antics of serial killers including Edward Kemper. Oh, and I heard a rumour that The Berzerker is actually none other than Jason Donovan in a mask!!! I hope that one is true!

I think this is officially my least favourite album.

I've owned this album for years, and only listened to it all the way through twice - both times out of morbid curiosity. Personally I think the drum machines set on fast repitition loops don't help at all...

What an album this is ,brilliant. When you sit down and appreciate the complexity and speed of this stuff, it is excellent. Extreme Techno and extreme Metal combined to give a feast of high voltage music. It is a must buy for fans of hard , noisy and fast music.

A brutal album, good for the first go. Best tracks I suggest are 'Reality', 'Deform', 'February' and 'Massacre'. The guitar riffs and vocals are amazing, and the drums arent too bad. Oh and by the way, the drums are done by machines on this album, they are not done by a human. Although on the Dissimulate album the drums are indeed done by a human!
