5.0 out of 5 stars This band does indeed get 'Hotter & Hotter'
Rollins is back with a totaly new band (a powerful three piece called "Mother Superior"). I feel that this is the strongest work to date. All of Rollins's stuff is fairly intence but this album cranks it up still futher. The track listings provided by Amazon are not correct (unless they have changed them by the time you read this!)Track 6 is not...

2.0 out of 5 stars Rollins band....not quite the same
It seems that henry rollins has got himself a brand new band, yet still retaining his original band name. So is this the same sort of stuff from henry?...well not quite. Come in and burn was probably the best rollins band album because it had alot of intensity and volume, which seems to be missing in this album. Henry does his usual hard vocal act but it just doesnt...

Rollins is back with a totaly new band (a powerful three piece called "Mother Superior"). I feel that this is the strongest work to date. All of Rollins's stuff is fairly intence but this album cranks it up still futher. The track listings provided by Amazon are not correct (unless they have changed them by the time you read this!)Track 6 is not "action" (track 5 on the second CD is) but a song called "change it up" which is an absolute belter. The high points for me are "get some go again" "Change it up" "are you ready?" and "Hotter & Hotter". The boxed set is well worth getting for the extra tracks. Three new ones "Side by Side" "100 Miles"& "F**k Yo Mama" all of which are stong tunes. There is a live version of "What have I got" which has always been a favorite of mine. There is also a hidden forteenth on the main CD called "Money train" which is a 15 minute "funk" tune which is superb. I have all of Rollins stuff but this album is definately the hardest hitting. If you like real music (as opposed to mindless sh*** designed soley to part you from your money) then you will love this. The songs hit you like a musical baseball bat. Testosterone fuled hard assed rock music for the thinking music lover. Try listening to this in the gym and you'll smash your personal bests. Listen to this in the car and you'll get a speeding ticket. You need to listen to this album, it will become a classic. Go on get a copy - The caveman in you will thank you for it.

Come in and burn was probably the best rollins band album because it had alot of intensity and volume, which seems to be missing in this album. Henry does his usual hard vocal act but it just doesnt sound the same with the new band members. Its almost as though henry is trying to appeal to a new younger generation....you can tell by comparing the inside booklet to the come in and burn booklet. I wouldnt say this is a bad album, its just that i was looking forward to this release until i found out that the band had changed. More lighter than the last album...still worth a look though.
