5.0 out of 5 stars One of the greatest ever Wrestlemanias, 3 Feb 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: WWF: Wrestlemania 10 [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This is a fantastic ppv which started the great Bret 'Hitman' Hart era. From the amusing countdown show,to the unbelievable finale this certainly deserves 5 stars. The opening match...a classic brother vs. brother match between the the 'Hitman' Bret Hart and his brother Owen is probably the greatest match ever between the two. They truly show their skillful wrestling talent in which Owen gains the 1-2-3.The next match is probably the funniest match ever.Doink & Dink vs.'the beast from the east'BamBam Bigelow & Luna.Watch out for little Dink planning a splash from the top rope, only to land awkwardly and do a handstand. The Machoman Randy Savage humiliates Crush in the next bout,a falls count anywhere match.Men on a mission feat.Mabel(Viscera)capture Tag team gold. Also check out their rap performance.Next the massive Yokozuna faces Lex Luger.Lex actually bodyslams the 568-pounder!This is the first WWF title match(the winner faces Bret hart)Yoko squashes Lex but then Lex knocks him out,I wont tell you the rest of the match. The next match is,in my view, the greatest ladder match ever.Shawn Michaels vs.Razor Ramon.Ramon gets hit with the ladder more than a dozen times,HBK jumps off the top of the ladder on to Ramon which lives as one of the greatest moments in WWF history, and Ramon slams HBK off the top step! The final WWF title match is great in which the already injured Bret Hart defeats Yoko. All in all,one of the best ppvs. Also a good solo song from Little Richard.

5.0 out of 5 stars THE PERFECT TEN, 30 Aug 2000
This review is from: WWF: Wrestlemania 10 [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Ten years in the making. Madison Square Garden was the host of the tenth annual Wrestlemania. Two of the greatest matches in WWF History were part of this event : the brotherly battle between Bret Hart and the late great Owen Hart was a classic, in which counter moves after counter moves the two mat specialists battled in a rare catch-as-catch-can classic ; and, of course, the match some considered as the match of the century : the ladder match between Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon for the Intercontinental Title. Besides, Wrestlemania 10 contained two WWF Title matches involving Bret Hart , Yokozuna and Lex Luger. Wrestlemania 10 is a 3-hour non-stop action program that will be remembered as the dawning of the New Generation in the WWF. It will also be remembered for its two unbelievable matches, as well as the establishment of Bret Hart as the leader of the WWF.

5.0 out of 5 stars A must-buy for any true WWF fans, 14 Nov 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: WWF: Wrestlemania 10 [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Considered perhaps the greatest Wrestlemania of all time, Wrestlemania 10 is presented live from Madison Square Garden. This special event features two of the greatest matches in history and one helluva storyline tying this all together. The main matches to watch out for on this video are the classic opener, Bret "The Hitman" Hart against his very own real-life brother, the late Owen Hart, "The Macho Man" Randy Savage's last PPV match in the WWF, the now immortal IC Ladder match between Shawn Micheals and Razor Ramon.
And of course the story of the whole event, the two WWF title matches on the card. Lex Luger vs. Yokozuna and the winner of that to defend the title against Bret Hart in the main event.
Although without the Undertaker on the card this PPV is a must-buy for any WWF fan........

5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Wrestlemania, 27 Aug 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: WWF: Wrestlemania 10 [VHS] (VHS Tape)
A truly great wrestlemania. From New York comes a 3 hour Wrestlemania. Hosted by Vince Mcmahon and Jerry Lawler. It starts off with Owen Hart v Bret Hart, which is a great match full of near falls and explosive wrestling. Its followed by a funny mixed tag match between Bam Bam Bigelow/Luna and Doink/Dink. A very short anywhere falls match follows between Macho Man and Crush. Men on a mission including Viscera as Mabel face the Quebecers in a Tag Team Title match. A short match between Adam Bomb and Earthquake follows. Next is a good match between Lex Luger and Yokozuna, which shows Yokozuna's wrestling ability. He has a lot of good moves. Alundra Blayze(Madusa) faces Leilani Kai. Razor Ramon(Scott Hall) faces Shawn Michaels in the best ladder match ever. Finally, a great contest between Bret Hart and Yokozuna for the title. Special refs in both WWF Title matches. The Best Outing of 1994. Buy It!

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Ever, 6 Oct 2003
This review is from: WWF: Wrestlemania 10 [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This is probably the best Wrestlemania of all time, the opening match between Bret and Owen Hart is fantastic and the ladder match for the IC title was great. Those 2 matches are 2 of the greatest matches you are likely to see.
Also the return of Roddy Piper as the referee in the final match where Bret wresltes AGAIN against Yokozuna in a rematch from last year, once again for the title - this time however it is Yokozuna who is defending and Bret challenging, but is the outcome the same???

the 94 wrestlemania was one of the greatest wrestlemania's out. When Bret Hitman Hart had to fight 2 men. First was his brother The late (great)Owen Hart. Then he had to fight the world champion Yokozuna with Piper being the special guest referee. There was one of the greatest ladder matches ever when Razor Ramon fought Shawn Micheals
THIS IS THE VIDEO TO BUY IF YOU ARE A BIG WRESTLING FAN BECAUSE IT WONDERFUL WRESTLING THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH THE VIDEO.

5.0 out of 5 stars WRESTLEMANIA X!!!, 16 Oct 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: WWF: Wrestlemania 10 [VHS] (VHS Tape)
WWF Wrestlemania X took place on March 20th 1994 from New York's Madison Square Garden. It was the ten year anniversary of WM and was one of the best WWF PPVs of its time and even stands out as great now. Here is the card:
1)Bret Hart VS Owen Hart.
(This was an excellent match and joint match of the night with the ladder match in my opinion.Great match that made the career of Owen)*****
2)MIXED TAG MATCH:
Doink & Dink VS Bam Bam Bigelow & Luna.
(Some good moves by BBB and Doink.Luna and Dink provide some entertainment aswell.Funny match)***
3)FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE:
Macho Man Randy Savage VS Crush.
(A good match and one of the first times a WWF match went backstage.Good fight between the 2 former friends)***1/2
4)WOMENS TITLE:
Alundra Blayze(c) VS Lelani Kai.
(Not a good match really but not too bad.Women couldn't wrestle at all back in 94)**
5)TAG TEAM TITLES:
Quebecers(c) VS Men On A Mission.
(Decent match with a disappointing ending. This was when the Quebecers were managed by Johnny Polo who is better known as Raven)***1/2
6)WWF CHAMPIONSHIP:
Yokozuna(c) VS Lex Luger.
(Mr Perfect was the guest referee for this match. It was an average match with the winner to face Bret Hart in the main event for the title)***
7)Earthquake VS Adam Bomb.
(This only lasted about 30 seconds so it shouldn't have really been included on WMX but Howard Finkel looks really funny wearing his toupee)**
8)IC TITLE LADDER MATCH:
Razor Ramon(c) VS Shawn Michaels.
(Awesome match and even better than their second one at the 1995 SummerSlam.Great match and joint match of the night because I can't choose between this and Bret-Owen)*****
9)WWF CHAMPIONSHIP:
Yokozuna(c) VS Bret Hart.
(Rowdy Roddy Piper was the guest referee for this match. It was a good match and certainly better than Yoko-Luger.Solid main event especially considering Bret had already wrestled Owen in a good 20 minute match)****
Overall this was one of my favourite Wrestlemanias.Everything from the fact it was in MSG to the Ladder Match and Bret-Owen.This PPV was brilliant and entertaining from start to finish.By far the best WWF PPV of 1994.

5.0 out of 5 stars MY FIRST EVER WWF VIDEO REVIEW!!!!, 20 Feb 2002
By
Douglas (London England) - See all my reviews
This review is from: WWF: Wrestlemania 10 [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Believe it or not, this is the first ever time i've reviewed a WWF video. Personally, I think it was because i got tired of bashing the ex-promotion that i love so...
It starts off amazingly well, with Bret Hart vs. his brother Owen. Easy ***** match here and an amazing opener.Next is a mixed tag - with Bam Bam Bigelow & Luna vs. Doink & Dink. My dumbass friend thought this was MOTN. oh well. The match is pretty much worth ** and that's generous. Overly generous. So then it's Randy Savage vs. Crush in a fllas count anywhere match. Its an ok brawl, with some innovative stuff for the time. Next, Alundra Blayze defends ehr women's title against Leilani Kai. a 3 mintue long borefest. Next, the Quebecers face The MOM for the tag titles. The MOM are thus carried to the best match of their lives - ** 1/2 - ** 3/4 if i'm generous. Next it's Lex Luger vs. Yoko in title match no.1. It certainly ain't great. And a VERY bad finish, changed on the fly because Luger told everyone the night ebfore they were giving him the title. Oh well.....Now, Earthquake faces Adam Bomb in(literally) a 35 second squash. Wow, keep the rubbish coming. There's finally a break from all this as Razor Ramon faces Shawn Michaesl int he ever so famous ladder match. Sorry, easy easy easy *****. And, again, my dumb friend piped up by saying that Bomb/Quake was better than this. And finally, Bret wins back his WWF title from Yoko. Wot a fitting end to what some believe to be the best WM ever. Money well spent on this purchase
