This is one of Kathy's older videos, however if you like her workouts I would recommend this one. The programme starts with a warmup, followed by 4 aerobic sections which include a Caribbean and 50's theme. This video is low impact, however you still feel as you have done a good workout at the end. The choreography is fun to do and the good music keeps you motivated until the end. The workout finishes up with weight training. Overall a good workout which is worth buying!
