Difficult to categorise, easy to get sucked into.
Think of Nefilim and the remixes on the Penetration CD, which Cian Houchin then did.
Think again and add a lot more emotion and variety of moods (from manically driven to dark ambient and back again), and you have something approaching Cian Houchin's Saints of Eden. Stand out tracks are "You Lie" and "Unwind".
If you like your vocals distorted and tinged with gothic overtones, your guitars powerful, and your beats, basslines and arpeggios right from the techno heartland then this is for you.
If you need something to bridge your goth CD collection to your techno or industrial collection, then this is for you. If you like your music dark and loud, then this is for you. There's no other way to play this CD. So turn off the lights and play LOUD.
If you ever wondered what could have happened if Nefilim had continued and gone electronic, then this is for you.
Buy it. All you have to lose are your preconceptions...(and eardrums...)
