Here Larry Heard proves he can do chill out as well as he does deep house and for those who know his deep house output we're in for a treat.
This album is filled with soul, electronic of course but smooth nonetheless. Though basic sounding in areas it is meant to be as Larry believes it expresses his music better, which it does. But it all isn't basic so don't be alarmed.
He sings on two of the tracks 'Missing You' and 'Fantasy' and it is more than a case of one man with his Casio keyboard and microphone, this man can really sing and it is a surprise we have never heard of him before in the singing field of things. He puts crafted stars like Craig David in the shade as he actually makes his own music and is more significantly, sincere and genuine and not in it for the money as his career proves.
A great album, not brilliant, but more than what we should expect from a man who has given us so much already.
