This review is from: 1957: Solo Cajun Guitar (Audio CD)
I bought this album for £3 at a boot sale nearly a decade ago as a white copy(promo).I've never seen it in a shop anywhere, but it's available on Amazon at a decent price, not £3 though.I took it into my local water hole, they played it and I made alot of freinds,I don't think to this day anybody else I know owns this.

David Doucet, guitarist with cajun band Beausoleil, here plays solo finger pickin ,whereas normally it's a rhythm instrument here he takes the lead.If you like acoustic folk then this should be in your collection.Lake Arthur Stomp opens this cd which is an instrumental, but the next track,Cowboy Waltz is where the fun starts if you don't speak French.

This an excellent cd and every home should have one.
