5.0 out of 5 stars Fast...Heavy...Brutal!, 23 Mar 2004
This review is from: Panzer Division Marduk (Audio CD)
"All I want, all I need, is to see my enemies bleed!" This is music to get psyched to. Fast, heavy, and brutal. Raw vocals, insane drumming, memorable guitaring, a must have for any extreme music fan.
The onslaught is relentless as you continue through the album, with highlights including Panzer Diviosn Marduk, Beast Of Prey, and 502. The whole album is war themed, with samples featuring throughtout of tank battles and the like. In short, this is no album for some nu-'metal' kiddy, this is extreme, and you won't be dissapointed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fast, unrelentless, black metal!!!!, 10 Mar 2001
This review is from: Panzer Division Marduk (Audio CD)
Having listening to this album a million times, I can safely say that this is the Marduk album to get. Why?, Unlike in the past where they have had the guitars overpowering everything, this time they have gone back in the studio and decided to break drums, vocals, guitars and bass down, this helping everything be heard. The vocals are much more clearer, though he still screams and yells, and the drums has a fatter, meatier sound and ,gulp, you can even hear the bass!!! The marduk boys have really done themselves justice on this album. It is a tight, focussed and a very, very heavy war themed album. GO BUY IT!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Awsome- Buy, Buy, Buy or Die, Die, Die, 30 Jun 2000

Black Metal and Tanks, can things get any better? This is the fastest and in my opinion best Marduk CD yet. There are NO slow bits at all, but who wants slow bits on a Marduk CD anyway? Most songs begin with battle noises and the cries of FIRE! Highlights are "Baptism By Fire" and the awsomely titled "Fistfucking Gods Planet". If you're into Black or Death Metal you have to own this ASAP. You just know the neighbours will hate it, go on start the war, FIRE!

5.0 out of 5 stars Relentless Hate, 24 Mar 2007

This review is from: Panzer Division Marduk (Audio CD)
Perhaps not the best Marduk release now that Plague Angel and the imminent Rom 5:12 see the light of day, but I have to say I love this album. The mix is a tad closer to traditional Trash/Death metal than most of the band's material and the drums can be heard that little bit clearer. But what's most evident after the first listen is the full on speed and aggression that doesn't stop (bar one or two tiny breaks) from the off to the finish. It's all fast and heavy, full stop. Turn up loud, leave on loop and let the synergies of blasphemy, Satanism, and European warfare take over. Hardcore.

4.0 out of 5 stars Operation Just Cause, 28 Aug 2005
This review is from: Panzer Division Marduk (Audio CD)
Apparently, US troops blasted out AC/DC and Metallica songs as psychological warfare to flush out General Noriega during the 1989 invasion of Panama. They could have done the job a lot quicker if they`d used 'Panzer Division Marduk.' Go buy this album; a Blitzkrieg assault of the senses...
