If you haven't heard of Chicken Shack (and if you're under 30, you probably haven't) you are in for a treat if you like Blues. I saw Stan Webb in Oct 2006, "supporting" John Mayall, but truth be told, although John has the better press, Stan can still knock 'em dead. This album tells you why.
Check out Christine Perfect's ( later McVie - Fleetwood Mac) perfect vocals. Add this to superb guitar work and this CD is so ridiculously cheap, its not true.
If you buy no other Blues album this year or in 2007, buy this one.

A classic album of the late 60's British Blues Boom. They were contempories of Fleetwood Mac, and Christine Perfect of Chicken Shack later became Mrs John McVie in the "Rumours" era Fleetwood Mac. So if you like early Fleetwood Mac and John Mayall, give this a go, you won't be disappointed. It still sounds fresh today.
