Not as good as Learning Curve track for Thomas battery trains
on 4 April 2011
The brio track system is OK but the battery operated Thomas trains work better on the Learning Curve track. The angled edges of the Brio track make the trains more prone to derailments on curves. Also the smooth finish makes the ascending tracks less grippy than the equivalent LC track. The road on the reverse of the LC is also a nice touch. On the other hand Learning Curve track is more expensive so it depends on your train collection (or rather your kids train collection if they get a look in).
