5.0 out of 5 stars Musical Cultivation, 29 Dec 2001

This review is from: Black Market Gardening (Audio CD)
An organic ambient experience. For the first half of the CD Fila Brazillia manage to place jazzy, soul-styled and classical musical fragments layered over chilled beats to create an effortless sound. Then the processes, from "Butter My Mask" and "Wigs, Bifocals And Nourishment" are reversed as the CD veers towards a more techno-sounding landscape no-less captivating than the CD's first half. Definitely floaty-light music.

5.0 out of 5 stars A fizzy ticking master piece.., 10 April 2000
This review is from: Black Market Gardening (Audio CD)
This lazed back jazz-a-thon is a venture into the velvet-smooth...A really chilled collection of mixed tempo tracks from Fila, purrrrfect for a warm summer's eve by the pool, campari and soda in hand.. Fav track...number two: Snake Ranger
