This is another of those compilations where the title doesn't really fit the content.
I have a scenario in mind how this was put together:

'Hey Melvin, we have an intern in this week, what are we gonna do with em?'
' I've got a fantastic idea Keith..... We haven't chucked out a reggae compilation for a while. Let the intern put something together and we can go with that. Should keep em busy for a few days '

So the intern shows up, gets this assignment and off they go with little help or real guidance. They call their mates (internet ain't big in 1994 so Google is not going to help) and start writing down a few ideas. Then they get home and ask mum and dad and there is that guy who serves in Wimpy, he knows a bit about music. That's it track list done.

Most have a lose connection to reggae but there is defiantly some ska in there, probably some pop and some tracks just seem an odd choice.
It is not a terrible album and you will probably enjoy listening to a good percentage of the tracks and you will find a few gems. I really don't think it lives up to the title though - well that is just my opinion.

I had a CD of Reggae Hits that I loaned out, that never got returned, and I couldn't find it amongst a back-catalogue, so I plumped for this one. I'm glad I did, because it has all the hits I lost, plus a great many more! Excellent service and a lovely accompanying letter. Thank you very much.
