You either love Bach or you hate him. And you either love the Brandenburgs or you don't.
Although among his most well-known works, these pieces are (in my opinion) some of his more pedestrian and unexciting. They're workmanlike and competent yes, but inspiring, no.
However, the performances are professional and the recording quality is up to the usual high DUO standard, so in order to complete your collection, you could do worse than plump for this collection, which is very reasonably priced. It's just not one that you'll play all that often.
