5.0 out of 5 stars rockin 90's
Nu metal.....pah! These guys know how to make your speakers dribble. A real break from the norm especially when r n b is controlling the airwaves.
Turn off the monotony and drivel of radio stations and give your stereo a treat.
People will ask what is that noise and you dont have to answer them...just turn up "who's the king" , smile and drive off...

3.0 out of 5 stars it was 15 years ago today.........
its fair to say that when Dog eat Dog released their self titled debut in 1994 that they were one of the first bands to fuse rap with a rock sound, even metal!
Its hard to believe that this album is 15 years old,so many bands were spawned from the success of it,it isnt an out and out classic but contains lots of gems, and hey,who can forget the saxophone, has the album...

You need this in your life. Chuck out those dido dinner party discs and give meal times some sparkle.
Peace

Its hard to believe that this album is 15 years old,so many bands were spawned from the success of it,it isnt an out and out classic but contains lots of gems, and hey,who can forget the saxophone, has the album aged, maybe a bit but there is no shame in that,i loved the album as a young pup,(geddit),now i think its good, but nonethless, who could forget tracks like 'no fronts','whos the king?' and 'these are good times',dog eat dog were a big band, they are still around now, success like they had then may be gone but you could do worse than revisiting memory lane and for those that never knew them ,well check this out,its alot better than the follow up which fired ska and hip hop into the mix.
