This book was truly eye opening. Most books I've read on the subject of personality testing tell you how they can help you in figuring out which career is right for you but they never imply you can actually prepare for a personality test (just like any other test) used so many times in selection processes. This book does! I read the book and it helped me clear the mist! I understood what these tests are analysing and what I should keep in mind when taking them. In addition there are excellent aptitude tests (used for selection) that provide ample training. In my opinion, this book can really increase your chances of success in job selection processes!! It helped me!!

This book contains the most realist examples of numerical and personality tests that I came across after buying about 8 relevant books. I am a fan of good test preparation and I do think that this book is really helpful especially to candidates that seek to understand the mechanics behind personality tests.
