Tracking down your training and dietary changes over time proves to be additional stimulating tool that binds you with the training programme even more. Highly recommended.

Surely, if you're into fitness you know that you can record your exercise routines anywhere and however you like, but this journal is so beautifully edited - you simply will not be able to resist.

Contents:
-Introduction
-Section for each month (please note you can start anytime during a year) including motivational message, calendar-grid section to record your fitness regime, suggested exercises to be added to your routine targeting specific parts of the body, page for your own reflections - any thoughts for improvement/patterns/well-dones - honesty is the key!

Please note the journal is in Polish language. However, I strongly believe it can serve anyone passionate about fitness - in the end you're going to be its co-creator.
