You should be aware that the book is half the size of the Tin Tin books we are used to in the UK and so the pictures are rather small.

Tintin and Snowy in the Tibet have always been favourite of mine. But I particularly like this one, because in it, Tintin is going on the search of his friend Chang, believed to have died in a plane crash. This is a softer side of Tintin, who is usually a brawler, in my opinion. Tintin refuses to believe Chang is dead. With Captain Haddock, and is faithful Snowy, they will brave the subzero temperatures of Tibet, face a Snow Monster and have many other freeing adventures, just to prove that Chang is not dead.

I had already read the book but wanted to have a second read. It is always nice to be able to put my hands on French BD. The only thing I didn't like is that it was the small format, I prefer the original format.
Old fashioned, but still a good read, especially for people starting to learn French.

Book arrived on time in excellent condition other than the front page being ripped - shame it had not been mentioned originally as it was a present but it was not a disaster either so all in all, rather pleased with the purchase.

I love Tintin and have fun reading him in the original French. I have all of these books in English and in French. I re-read these and try to make everybody love him.

J'adore Tin Tin. I only bought this book because it helps me with practising learning French. But it's also beautifully illustrated and a great adventure!

The little lad I bought it for liked it, and that's the main thing! Also, I always forget how awesomely detailed the pictures are.
