5.0 out of 5 stars Building a Solid Foundation on Basics
600 Push-ups 30 Variations is a handy little book, jam-packed with information. As a Black Belt and someone who travels frequently, I'm always on the lookout for ways to exercise, and often I don't have the to go to the gym. Bob's book offers a huge variety of exercises that require no equipment, no gym, and very little time.

1.0 out of 5 stars Feeling like a school project from 6th grade
Maybe it is a little to hard, to say that it reminds me of a school project, but that's the truth. It looks really bad, the language is awful, and the book itself is like copy of some cheap Wikipedia or so. You quickly get the feeling that this guy doesn't know what he is talking about and this book barely cover the basics. I could have made this myself in no time. There...

600 Push-ups 30 Variations is also very well illustrated, with clear and detailed pictures of Bob demonstrating each of the exercises.

There are also excellent routines included - I especially enjoyed the 600 pushups incorporated into a 60 min run.

Like many things in life, it's the basics that you can fall back on and build upon, and this is exactly what Bob's book delivers.

There is so little effort put in to this. Sure it got some alternative push-ups, but that's just for the fun of it, not really explaining them properly or telling why they are good and what specific muscles you use.

I'm really dissatisfied with this, since I could have google'd it and found better information in 2 minutes or so.
