Joseph P Farrell's approach to the idea of a breakaway civilisation funded by wholesale fraud on a monumental scale and carried out by a government or governments who to use Lord James of Blackheath's words in the House of Lords Feb 16 2012' 'should know better' and then the depths to which out of control security agencies will and allegedly have stooped to cover their tracks is truly terrifying.

The answer to all those who say that black projects, reverse engineering of UFOs and an alien presence on Earth is not possible because the colossal sums of finance that would be involved to achieve all of this would eventually show up on someone's balance sheets and inevitable questions would be asked, had better read a copy of this book.

If as Lord James of Blackheath pointed out, that there appears to be far more money in circulation in the world than can possibly be backed up by the total amount of Gold bullion officially mined and accounted for in the whole history of gold mining, and that this is a problem that he had been investigating for over two years without successfully getting to the bottom of it, then a totally hidden covert financial system, the means to fund a breakaway civilisation suddenly seems frighteningly plausible.

This is the second book of Joseph P Farrell that I have read and cannot recommend it highly enough, but its not a book for the faint hearted.

What a book - as others have stated, it is quite terrifying when you begin to realise that what you have suspected just could be true!

The dreadful machinations of hidden, behind the scenes, covert shennanigans by monsters who hold themselves to be 'the elite' is actually terrifying , as someone esle stated, in review.

What exactly can we do about it, I ask myself - not a lot, I suspect? However, at least we do KNOW about it!

Actually, the facts in this book should be disseminated to everyone, but some hopes here, I feel.

Very highly recommended, as are all of Joseph P. Farrell's other books, particularly, 'Babylon's Banksters'.

High octane speculation made compelling by thorough research.

Raises more questions than it answers with transformational implications - and rightly so.

Highly recommended.

Another book in Dr. Farrell's series on the"breakaway civilization" topic. This does not refer to "ETs" but to political and financial oligarchies here on Earth who, over the decades, have on the one hand been undertaking secret or semi-secret technological research, and on the other issuing various types of communication to "spin" this research to the public. Off-the-books finance and narcotics money is part of this system, as increasing official evidence shows.

Like most books from Dr Farrell it is a very exciting reading, one that although the ammount of speculation, makes a point!

Compared to his previous books, this is over simplified and repetitive for the first few chapters. The content though, especially toward the end is as usual, well researched and indexed. A well supported theory.
