I found this book after almost having a complete breakdown living with my husband who has Aspergers.It gave me the knowledge and tools to literally stop me going over the edge.I can,t recommend this book enough and even if you are no longer with your asperger partner, temporary or permanently I strongly recommend you read it. It will help you deal with unresolved issues and have a better understanding so you can take back control and move forward with or without them.Ive been recommending it to all my friends in the same situation,and all have been impressed. It may well be the best self help book Ive ever read!

When I read this book, I entered into it with some scepticism. Not long into it I cried, the simlarity with my situation was emotionally hard to accept. Although some of the examples were on the extreme end of the scale, there were resonances with my own life with an Asperger partner. It is a useful read.
