This is a great "technical" book without unnecessary text and images. It includes detailed charts for athlets from every level. You can use this book to improve your PB and fine tune your training style. The binder form and covered sheets are practical for outdoor use and you can easily drop it into your training bag. If you are training by your self without a coach, this book is a must have.
