Most helpful critical review
It's very dated but has some useful items.

We all know a week in politics is a long time but nearly 10 years since this book was written is several generations in the world of digital technology. I'm fairly new to digital printing so despite the references to PC's, monitors and printers that have been redundant for many years I still found the foundation information interesting and useful. The book is well written and aims to simplify the very complex subject of colour printing. I however feel this should be part one of a two part series. The opportunity is out there for a modern book to get into more detail about how to set up modern printers for PC and Mac users who want to print from Lightroom or Photoshop.
In summary, the book is easy to read, well laid out and covers the basics of understanding colour management.
