5.0 out of 5 stars A great book for anyone about to have a second child
This is a wonderful book. Perfectly illustrated, with extremely well observed and humorous scenes, it would prove useful for anyone who may be worried about how a child may react when confronted with a younger sibling. I didn't find this book very useful. Not really practical tips, more like stating the obvious. In fairness, I probably got this book a bit too late into the early months of becoming a new mum. By which time, I had been to many play groups & met up with many new mummies.
I guess this book would be good to get whilst pregnant to a first child.

This is a wonderful book. Perfectly illustrated, with extremely well observed and humorous scenes, it would prove useful for anyone who may be worried about how a child may react when confronted with a younger sibling. It lists 101 different activities (from watching the washing going round in the washing machine to bathing the baby) which can be undertaken to make life more interesting with a baby around, and serves to inform the younger reader about the many ways in which a baby needs to be cared for.
Also very useful as a teaching aid in school (e.g. personal & social education).
