This review is from: Fit At Fifty [DVD] (Hardcover)
If you have not exercised for a long time or not at all this is for you, it does not need any equipment and the exercise video and the included book which includes stills from the video are easy to follow.
Both are divided into sections,

Warm up and stretch
Cardio Work
Toning
Relax and cool down
Facial exercises (although I did think these were more of a rehearsal for a "Haka"

A couple of points about the video, there were times when we were told to turn right or left it did not feel natural so we turned in the direction shown on screen, the other thing is at times we had to turn over which meant we no longer looked at the screen so perhaps a "dry run" might be a good idea.

BUT on both the video box and the book it states "Every exercise can also be performed in the comfort of your own living room, even whilst sitting on a chair" the first part is true but the second definitely is not, if you have bought this for someone who is chair bound and wants to do some exercise only the first chapter warm up and stretch includes any exercises that can be done while sitting in a chair.

Still an excellent video and book to get you started exercising.
