A wonderful book which engages, informs and enables. Two experts in their field provide a book which is accessible and relevant. The quotes used (from international athletes and other world figures) bring the book to life and enhance the relevance. The book provides a proven toolkit, that can be applied to improve performance in a wide variety of settings. Comprehensive references are provided for the reader who wishes to research further. This book is a great read and one which motivates the reader to improve and adopt its techniques. The friendly writing style and practical techniques, will ensure that I frequently return to it in the future. I recommend this book.

Quite simply a must-read for anyone who is looking to understand the mindset to being successful in business through the thought processes and practical guidance provided here across a varying array of sports.
