4.0 out of 5 stars The Doctors
I recently got this, to flick through. As a Whovian, I found this quite interesting! seeing a wee bit of backstage pics and gossip. I am not really one for reading The Mirror, but this magazine was at a reasonable price and is interesting.

I would recomend this to any Whovian or anyone who likes reading backstage banter! ;{D

Considering the huge amount of rare and unseen images contained in the Mirror archive, it's a shame that many presented in this book are squeezed around well-researched but largely redundant text. Such treasures as Pertwee's first photocall with a Yeti, plus Baker, Sladen and Marter joking around with Bessie warrant far more space than allowed here. The Mirror archive has enough superb images to warrant a much larger, more lavish coffee table book, not this slim magazine. They should have had the insight to realise that us Doctor Who fans will happily devour all the available iterations of familiar shots (particularly the superb Tom Baker / Nicholas Courtney "Terror of the Zygons" set).
A good idea, nicely put together, but the wealth of available material deserves so much more.
