Great guide to a great city. Lovely heavy cardboard cover with embossed images that manages at the same time to be eco-conscious. Full of local treasures and sound advice. Essential reading for those lucky enough to live in Bristol, or anyone planning a visit.

Bristol: A Guide to Good Living( Special Places to Stay). I purchased it because my daughter has just moved to Bristol, so wanted a guide to places to stay, pubs, theatres and restaurants. This is not like any other Alastair Sawday guides. It is just a not what it says on the label. A lot of rubbish, a con!! Map stuck in the back upside down, no street names !

Honestly why did Alastair Sawday put his name on this. It cheapens all his other excellent guides. Don't buy it!
