Book purchased for my son, who informed me that he highly rated the book as being both humourous and comprehensive plus also a great read - highly recommended.

firstly it is a great read though not finished it yet. its not like some of these business books that are painful to read. i am begining to put the knowledge and Idea into practices- if you are into selling or phone selling which many people do either directly or indirectly you will learn a lot from Mr Etheringtons book- I greatly recommend it

Very useful book for me to start cold calling and to get positive results. I'm much better at it now, after 3 weeks of practice! Thank you for sharing!

Good to read, definitely learn from it. Would suggest to anyone looking to enhance their selling skills and abilities, light hearted, yet informative

This is a great book to get you in gear and get you on the phone to prospects. The analogy of filling the jar/life with things is particularly good.

This is a short and easy to read book which gives some great ideas and incentives to make the calls. Lots of common sense all put in one small book.

Its a lot easier to go on elance and get someone else to do it for you (who enjoys it) rather than trying to brainwash yourself into doing it.

Well I bought 10 of these books one for each of my staff....they all have it to refer to and I have seen an improvement in sales ;o)
