Clive Lewis succeeds in this book to offer guidance that will be of enormous benefit to any leader who has to navigate interpersonal conflict within her/his team. But it doesn't stop there. He properly describes the book as "A handbook for anyone interested in employee engagement and building better relationships at work." Lewis was an HR Director before starting his consulting company. So he can speak in terms that HR personnel will understand. He even provides an appendix with forms for conducting the various phases of a conflict resolution process: sample agreement to mediation, sample resolution agreement, sample evaluation form, etc.

The Definitive Guide to Workplace Mediation and Managing Conflict at Work
Given the enormous amount of money that is currently spent on litigation on employment issues and the personal stess there needs to be an alternative
This book gives you the context and the toolkit for taking up mediation in the workplace.It is easy to read with a logical flow.More than that it gives you hope that things can be different and better.
