After purchasing the Halo 3 game I found that the game on standard did not really require a guide, but as soon as you get involved with the harder settings you suddenly find that the guide is a vital tool. The biggest thing that I have found that this guide has going for its self is the multi-player (Xbox Live) section. If you intend to play the multi-player segment of the game I would strongly advise purchasing this guide as I have found the help to be invaluable. I'm not a big buyer of guides but this is a must have for such a great game. Do you know where the skulls are? Do you know how much skill you need to increase your rank? You will if you buy this guide...Five Star rating

Having bought Halo 3 and playing it online, I eventually realised that there was a few players that always had the best weapon on the map or knew where the ghost was on snowbound... Having grown sick of this fact and endless times of sitting wondering where did they get the stuff to kill me with I bought this guide, or should I say the Halo 3 Bible. Yes it does have a lot of information about single player, but a big chunk of the book lists all of the maps in very nice detail with where the " elite " weapons and hidden vehicles are and tips for the map. This guide has helped me a lot and I strongly recommend anyone who is finding the multiplayer annoying to go out and buy this.

This is a high qualtiy book about Halo 3. Continuing on the excellence of the Official Halo 2 guide this one is still better. Like you would expect a walkthrough of the campaign and a large part is about the multiplayer part of the game (which in my eyes is at least as good as Halo Reach multiplayer). Lot's of pictures, tips and tricks. Loved it and this book just shines in my bedroom and in my Halo collection. Can't say more (do I NEED to tell more?).
