This has a strong sense of direction and purpose to it. A great way of dealing with difficult circumstances and emotions, and restores equilibrium especially when things start to feel overwhelming. The good thing with this is that it does not requite a significant amount of concentration. I also found it great for connecting me to the real me and that afterwards it helped me shift bad thoughts, mad thoughts, misery and stress. This is one I will be using often.
