I purchased this book to help me write a care planning essay.. I bought another previously but it lacked examples. This book simplifies the process and there are plenty of examples to use. Overall a good buy and I'm sure I'll use it thought my degree.

This book is ok, but i found it a bit basic and to be honest a bit patronising, it may be suitable for a foundation or first year nurse. I bought it to help write a nursing care study essay but I didn't find it helpful. If you're looking for a care planning book then "Applying the Roper-Logan-Tierney Model in practice" or " Care planning: A guide for nurses" by D. Barrett are far more in depth and helpful. This book mainly describes what the nursing process is,and I found it lacking in clinical practice examples and application.

written for america but still applicable. really helpful book and easy to use. I would recomend for student nurses starting to write care plans

Purchased this book for my wife who is a member of Senior Staff in a Care Home. According to her the information in this title is essential for her workplace. The service provided by the seller was equally as good. Thank You!!
